This page explains what we collect when you use the platform, why we hold it, and who else gets to see it. It is written in plain language on purpose: you are asked to agree to it when you create an account, so it has to be readable.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email address, phone number and location), anything you add to your profile such as a CV, skills and work history, and everything you submit inside an application: written answers, uploaded files, recorded video and audio, quiz answers and interview bookings. We also record the technical details every website sees, such as your browser and the times you signed in.
Why we hold it
To run your account, to hand your application to the hiring team of the job you applied to, to schedule and confirm interviews, to send you the emails and notifications about your applications, and to keep the platform working and secure.
Who can see it
Your application is visible to the hiring team of the organization that posted the job, and to nobody else. Other organizations on the platform cannot see it, and applying to one job never exposes you to another. Our own team opens an account only to support you or to look into abuse.
Recorded answers
Where a step asks for video or audio, the recording is stored with your application and shown to that same hiring team. We also keep the moment your attempt started and ended, because a recording made outside its window cannot be accepted and you are entitled to see why.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your profile and your applications from the platform, apart from records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in and one remembers the language you chose. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export and delete the data we hold about you. Most of it you can change yourself in your profile and settings; for the rest, ask us and we will do it.
