These terms cover using the platform as a candidate and as an organization that posts jobs. Creating an account means agreeing to them.
Your account
Give accurate details, keep one account per person, and keep your sign-in safe. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
Applying for a job
Your answers must be your own work, and a recorded answer must be you. The organization that posted the job makes the hiring decision, sets its own stages and deadlines, and decides who moves on. We run the platform; we do not choose who gets hired.
Posting a job
An organization is responsible for what it publishes, for how it treats the people who apply, and for following the employment and equal-treatment law that applies to it. A listing must describe a real role and must never ask candidates for money.
What you upload
You keep ownership of your profile, your files and your recordings. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the hiring teams you apply to, for as long as your account exists.
What we do not promise
Applying is not a promise of an interview or a job, and posting is not a promise of applicants. The platform is provided as it is, and maintenance or faults can interrupt it.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that harms other people using the platform, or that is used to post fraudulent listings.
Changes
When these terms change we publish the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the platform after that means accepting the change.
